• Based on entries as of midnight Sunday 1/12 we have gone to the alternate schedule with the first herd settling at 8:00 am Friday 1/17 and the open bridle, open hackamore and open two rein classes following the completion of the herd practice.
• Due to the exceptional turnout we are unable to accept any additional entries.
• As of noon Tuesday 1/14 we have reported our meal count to the caterer and banquet reservations are also closed.
• The show will start at 7:00 am Saturday to accommodate the combination of the higher than expected turn out and the membership meeting and awards banquet following the show
•  We will have a limited supply of hay for sale at $30 per bale, no pre-orders, order in show office and hay will be delivered to your stalls

As noted above we will be holding our 2024 membership meeting and year end awards banquet on Saturday following the horse show in the Estrella Hall on the grounds at the Event Center. The evening will start with the membership meeting, followed by a no host bar and the banquet catered by Bonnie Marie Catering and wrap up with the awards presentations hosted by our announcer Mark VanBlankenstein. The banquet menu will feature oak grilled tri-tip and chicken, roasted potatoes, sautéed green beans, Ceasar salad, garlic bread and salsa. Tickets are $30.

New for 2025 Winter Featured Class: Non Pro Box Drive with $1,000 added money in the NRCHA division and a custom trophy buckle to the champion in the CRCHA division. Class will run Saturday following the Non Pro Two Rein. Refreshments will be provided and award presented immediately following.
