Regular entries closed Friday, May 8, 2026. Late entries will be accepted after the deadline with a $30 late fee until 12:00 PM the day before the class runs.

Entries are submitted online through MyEquinal. Click “Enter Now” to access the entry system.

After entering, please click the “Entry Confirmation” button to verify your entries. Entry confirmations update instantly, so exhibitors should review their horses, riders, classes, and divisions right away.

Stalls, Shavings & RV Spaces

Reservations open Friday May 1st and close Friday, May 8th. Stall and RV reservations will be accepted after that based on availability.

The verification list will be posted Saturday, May 9th. Please review and confirm your stall counts. Stalls canceled after Sunday, May 10th are subject to a $100 cancellation fee per stall.

Stalls: $150 for the duration. Day stalls are not available.
Shavings: $15 per bag (2 bag minimum, except tack stalls). Outside shavings not allowed.
RV Spaces: $50/night hookup or $30/night dry camp. Reservations are required; spaces are not assigned and will be selected upon arrival.
Haul-ins: $25/horse per day.
Hay is available for purchase on the grounds at market price.

Move-in begins 2:00pm Tuesday May 12th. No early arrivals without prior permission from Show Manager.

Shoot Out Trophy Saddle Qualification

One trophy saddle will be awarded to the Shoot Out Fence Champion, and one trophy saddle will be awarded to the Shoot Out Boxing Champion.

To qualify, exhibitors must compete in CRCHA classes at both Horse Show #4 and Horse Show #5. NRCHA classes do not count toward Shoot Out qualification. No other qualification requirements apply.

Qualification is based on the highest combined cow scores from Horse Shows #4 and #5. In the event of a tie, all tied horse/rider combinations will qualify.

Important Notes:

Each horse/rider combination is limited to one Shoot Out entry.
If a horse/rider combination qualifies in more than one class, they may only participate one time in the Shoot Out.

IMPORTANT: IF A QUALIFIED ENTRY DOES NOT COMPETE, THE NEXT ELIGIBLE HORSE/RIDER COMBINATION WILL NOT MOVE UP.

Fence Shoot Out Qualification:
The highest total cow score, including ties, from Horse Shows #4 and #5 in the following CRCHA fence classes will qualify:

Open Bridle, Level 1 Open Bridle, Non Pro Bridle, Select Non Pro Bridle, Intermediate Non Pro Bridle, Level 1 Non Pro Bridle, Open Hackamore, Level 1 Open Hackamore, Open Junior Horse, Level 1 Open Junior Horse, Non Pro Hackamore, Non Pro Junior Horse, Open Two Rein, Non Pro Two Rein, and Youth Cow Horse.

Boxing Shoot Out Qualification:
The top three total cow scores, including ties, from Horse Shows #4 and #5 in the following CRCHA boxing classes will qualify:

Youth Boxing, Non Pro Boxing, Select Non Pro Boxing, Intermediate Non Pro Boxing, and Limited Non Pro Boxing.

Open Boxing and Box Drive are not included in the Shoot Out.
