Stall & RV Reservations are NOW OPEN!
Futurity & Derby entries are due Wednesday, October 28, 2026. Late Futurity & Derby entries will be accepted through 11:59 p.m. Thursday, November 5 with a $200 late fee.
Horse Show entries are due Thursday, November 5.
Stall & RV reservations close Wednesday, October 28.
- Stall reservations received after the deadline are subject to a $100 late fee per stall. Stall availability and preferred locations cannot be guaranteed after the deadline.
- Stall reservations canceled after October 28 are subject to a $100 cancellation fee per stall.
EXHIBITOR & VENDOR MOVE-IN
- Move-in begins Friday, November 6, 2026, at 12:00 PM (noon) for all exhibitors and vendors.
- NO EARLY ARRIVALS OR MOVE-IN WILL BE PERMITTED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Stalls, Shavings & RV Spaces
Reservations Open: October 2
Reservation Deadline: October 28
Stalls: $250 for the duration of the show. Day stalls are not available.
Shavings: $15 per bag. A minimum of two bags applies to horse stalls; tack stalls are exempt. Outside shavings are not permitted.
RV Spaces: $60 per night, hookup or dry. Please reference the RV site map when making your reservation. Site requests will be accommodated based on availability.

Haul-In Fee: $25 per horse, per day.
Hay: Available for purchase on the grounds at market price. Contact the show office upon arrival.
Please note: Reservations received after October 28 will be accepted, but stall location is not guaranteed.
