Vendors

The California Reined Cow Horse Association (CRCHA) welcomes vendors who offer products and services relevant to the reined cow horse industry and its exhibitors.

Vendor space is available at select CRCHA horse shows throughout the season. Space is limited and assignments are based on availability, venue layout, and overall event needs.

Please note: Submission of a vendor application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are reviewed, and approved vendors will be contacted with confirmation and next steps.

Vendor Requirements

Completed vendor application
Proof of liability insurance listing CRCHA and the respective facility as additional insured
Payment arrangements confirmed following approval
