Important Traffic Update for Horse Show #7

Due to road oiling at Gate A, exhibitors will need to use an alternate entrance for the July 10-12 show.

Please drive past Gates A, B, and C and enter through Gate D, then proceed to Gate 16 for access to the horse show grounds.

Gate A will not be available during road oiling.

Regular entries close Friday, July 3, 2026 at 11:59 PM. Late entries will be accepted after the deadline with a $30 late fee until 12:00 PM the day before the class runs.

Entries are submitted online through MyEquinal. Click “Enter Now” to access the entry system.

After entering, please click the “Entry Confirmation” button to verify your entries. Entry confirmations update instantly, so exhibitors should review their horses, riders, classes, and divisions right away.

Monday Practice Opportunity

A rein and cow practice will be held on Monday, July 13, following Horse Show #7, pending enough sign-ups.

Cost: $150 per horse

Stalls, Shavings & RV Spaces

Reservations close Friday, July 3rd at 11:59 PM. Stall and RV reservations will be accepted after that based on availability.

The verification list will be posted Saturday, July 4th. Please review and confirm your stall counts. Stalls canceled after Sunday, July 5th are subject to a $100 cancellation fee per stall.

Stalls: $150 for the duration. Day stalls are not available.
Shavings: $15 per bag (2 bag minimum, except tack stalls). Outside shavings not allowed.
RV Spaces: $50/night hookup or $30/night dry camp. Reservations are required; spaces are not assigned and will be selected upon arrival.
Haul-ins: $25/horse per day.
Hay is available for purchase on the grounds at market price.

Move-in begins after 2:00 pm, Thursday, July 9th. No early arrivals without prior permission from Show Manager.

Complimentary Exhibitor Hospitality

Complimentary donuts and coffee will be available Saturday, July 11 and Sunday, July 12 at 7:00 AM by the back gate.

Complimentary bottled water will also be available at the back gate daily during the show.
