We are proud to host the 2026 CRCHA Spring Classic Derby & Spectacular at the
Paso Robles Event Center — presented by Borjon Auto Center and supported by our Official Ground & Equipment Sponsor, JJ Fisher Construction.
This premier event features Open & Non Pro Derby divisions, Spectacular classes, and Horse Show #2 of the 2026 season. Exhibitors will compete for added money, year-end points, and championship awards in one of California’s premier cow horse events. We look forward to welcoming competitors, owners, sponsors, and spectators to Paso Robles for a full week of competition.

Entries & Deadlines

Derby & Spectacular Entries: Due Tuesday, March 10, 2026
Entries accepted after the deadline through midnight Thursday, March 12, 2026 with a $200 late fee.
No entries will be accepted after Thursday, March 12, 2026.

Horse Show #2 Entries: Due Friday, March 13, 2026.
Entries received after midnight Friday, March 13 up until 12:00 PM (noon) the day before the class runs will be accepted with a $30 late fee.
Entries after the draw will incur a $30 late fee and will be drawn last.

Stall assignments will be posted after entries close.

Event Details

  • Host Hotel: Best Western Plus Black Oak
    Located directly across the street from the Paso Robles Event Center. Group rate link coming soon.
  • Stalls / Shavings / RV Reservations Open: Tuesday, February 24, 2026
  • Move-In: Move-in begins after 12:00 PM on Saturday, March 14, 2026.
    No stall or RV setup is permitted prior to this date and time.
