Entries open Friday, July 17, 2026.

Regular entries close Friday, July 31, 2026. Late entries will be accepted after the deadline with a $30 late fee until 12:00 PM the day before the class runs.

Entries are submitted online through MyEquinal. Click “Enter Now” to access the entry system.

After entering, please click the “Entry Confirmation” button to verify your entries. Entry confirmations update instantly, so exhibitors should review their horses, riders, classes, and divisions right away.

Monday Practice Opportunity

A rein and cow practice will be held on Monday, August 10, following Horse Show #8, pending enough sign-ups.

Cost: $150 per horse

Stalls, Shavings & RV Spaces

Reservations close Friday, July 31st. Stall and RV reservations will be accepted after that based on availability.

The verification list will be posted Saturday, August 1st. Please review and confirm your stall counts. Stalls canceled after Sunday, August 2nd, are subject to a $100 cancellation fee per stall.

Stalls: $150 for the duration. Day stalls are not available.
Shavings: $15 per bag (2 bag minimum, except tack stalls). Outside shavings not allowed.
RV Spaces: $50/night hookup or $30/night dry camp. Reservations are required; spaces are not assigned and will be selected upon arrival.
Haul-ins: $25/horse per day.
Hay is available for purchase on the grounds at market price.

Move-in begins after 2:00 pm, Wednesday, August 8th. No early arrivals without prior permission from Show Manager.
