









2025 CRCHA Spring Classic: A Showcase of Excellence in Reined Cow Horse
The event was made possible by the support of several key supporters. 2025 Derby Champions:
The Open Derby saw an impressive win by Roanmeo, owned by SC Ranch Co Inc and shown by Justin Wright. With a flawless performance scoring 659.5, they claimed the top prize of $30,000. This victory cemented their place as one of the standout competitors of the event.
In the Intermediate Open Derby, Metallic Slayer, owned by Rogers Heaven Sent Ranch and shown by Ricky Nicolazzi, took home first place with a score of 655.5, earning a $12,000 payout. Their performance was a true testament to skill and precision.
The Limited Open Derby was equally competitive. One Time With Stevie, owned by Cinch U Us Ladies and shown by Cara Hencratt, scored 646.5 and earned $6,000 for its efforts.
In the Level 1 Open Derby, SJR Diamond Hicat, owned by Ashley Kate Jackson and shown by Chuy Chavez, showcased a solid run, securing a score of 635 and taking home $3,000.
The Non Pro and Intermediate Non Pro Derby featured a remarkable performance by No Enemies shown by Elizabeth Kania for owner Renee Dubois. With a score of 647, they earned a payout of $7,750, topping both divisions and showcasing the continued rise of Non Pro competitors.
In the Limited Non Pro Derby, Talkin Shmack, owned and shown by Lester Walker, secured the title with a score of 644.5 and a $1,275 payout.
The Non Pro Boxing Derby was topped by CD Metallic, shown by Allison Trimble Paparoa, scoring 652.5 and $5,000 for their win.
2025 Spectacular Champions:
Tucker Robinson topped 24 other entries on Smooth Outta Style with a 658.5 composite and 3-point margin to win the Open Bridle Spectacular and $5,875 for owners Julie Weinhardt and Frank Velazquez.
In the Non Pro Bridle Spectacular it was Jamie Roberts and Catzby marking a 428 composite with a 5.5 point margin over 18 other entries earning $2,610 for owners Jim and Linda Schrack.
The Non Pro Boxing Spectacular was won by McKinley Blake on her Metallic Freckle, beating 35 other entries with a 434.5 composite and taking home $2,940.
